What is your policies concerning gift certificates?
Gift Certificates are neither refundable nor returnable. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Certificates may be canceled and replaced with appropriate proof of purchase. Gift certificates expire 18 months after purchase.
What can I do if an item that is “out of stock”?
If an item is out of stock please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for projected arrival dates. Brolero LLC makes best effort to keep current and publicize all item availability. On occasion an “Out of Stock” item will be missed. If you order an item that is out of stock our customer service will contact you to provide expected arrival date and options.
What is a “Personalized” product?
Personalized products or Custom Orders/Decorated Products pertain to items that have been custom made or have been decorated with a logo, initials or a name.
Different products allow different numbers and types of characters. Personalized items are made to your specifications entered in the available space for personalization options will be followed specifically.
